- Insurely is a licensed Arizona insurance agency. We shop insurance companies for you; they issue the policies.
- A quote is not coverage. You’re covered only once an insurance company binds or issues your policy.
- Texts from us: message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.
- You don’t have to agree to calls or texts to buy insurance from us, and you can take back that consent at any time.
- Arizona law governs these terms.
1Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Insurely LLC (“Insurely,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They apply to your use of myinsurely.com and its pages and forms (the “Site”), and to calls, text messages, and emails between you and Insurely. By using the Site, submitting a form, or opting in to our messages, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
2About Insurely
Insurely LLC is an independent insurance agency licensed by the Arizona Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions (agency license #XXXXXXX), located at 510 N 7th Ave, Tucson, Arizona 85705. We help Arizona residents and businesses compare and buy auto, home, renters, condo, landlord, life, and business insurance from insurance companies we work with directly or through wholesale brokers.
3Our role as your insurance agent
- We are not an insurance company. Policies are issued by the insurance companies we work with. Your coverage is governed by the actual policy, including its terms, conditions, limits, and exclusions — not by anything on the Site.
- A quote is not coverage. Quotes, estimates, and rate examples are based on the information provided and the insurance companies’ rules at that time. They can change, and they are not an offer or promise of coverage. Coverage begins only when an insurance company binds or issues your policy, on the effective date shown in your binder or policy. Never cancel an existing policy until your new coverage is confirmed.
- Accurate information matters. You agree to give complete and accurate information. Incorrect or incomplete information can change your price, lead to cancellation, or result in a denied claim.
- How we are paid. Our quote service is free to you. We are paid commissions by the insurance companies that issue the policies we place, and commission amounts can differ between companies and products. You may ask us about our compensation at any time.
- Availability. We do not represent every insurance company, and not every company or product is available to every person or property.
4Information on this site
Articles, guides, calculators, rate estimates, and comparisons on the Site are general information for Arizona consumers. They are not legal, tax, or financial advice, and they may not reflect the latest changes in rates, carrier availability, or law. For advice about your own situation, talk with a licensed Insurely agent. If anything on the Site conflicts with your policy, your policy controls.
5Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site, submit a quote request, or opt in to our messages. Our services are offered where Insurely is licensed to sell insurance.

How you opt in

Other SMS terms
- Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device.
- Timing. We do not send marketing texts before 8:00 a.m. or after 9:00 p.m. in your local time.
- Your number. You confirm you are the subscriber or regular user of the mobile number you give us. If you change or give up that number, please tell us so we can stop texting it.
- Sensitive information. Do not text us Social Security numbers, bank or card numbers, or health information.
- Privacy. Your mobile number and text-messaging consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. See the Privacy Policy.
7Phone calls and consent
When you give us your phone number and ask us to contact you — for example, by submitting a quote request or asking an agent to follow up — you agree that Insurely may call you at that number about your request. Any other sales calls are made only as the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and Arizona law allow.
- Automated calls. We will place calls using an automatic telephone dialing system, or with artificial, prerecorded, or AI-generated voice messages, only where you have given the consent federal law requires for those calls.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase. You don’t have to agree to calls to get a quote or buy insurance from us.
- Revoking consent. You can revoke consent to calls at any time by any reasonable means — tell the agent on the call, call us at (520) 355-3200, or email frank@myinsurely.com. We will honor your request within the time required by federal law, no later than 10 business days.
- Do-not-call. We keep an internal do-not-call list and honor the National Do Not Call Registry as required by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and Arizona law (A.R.S. § 44-1282). We will not make sales calls or send marketing texts to a number on the National Do Not Call Registry unless you have given us permission or another legal exception applies.
- Calling hours. We do not make sales calls before 8:00 a.m. or after 9:00 p.m. in your local time.
- Caller ID. We do not block or hide our caller ID.
- Recording. Calls may be monitored or recorded for quality, training, and record-keeping.
8Using the site
You agree not to: submit information about another person without their permission; submit false information; use the Site for anything unlawful; try to gain unauthorized access to the Site or our systems; interfere with the Site’s operation; or scrape, copy, or collect Site content or data by automated means.
9Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and design — belong to Insurely or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our written permission. Insurance company names and logos belong to their owners.
10Third-party sites and services
The Site may link to or use services from others, such as insurance company websites and mapping tools. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
11Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, Insurely disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Nothing in these Terms limits any duty Insurely owes you as a licensed insurance producer under Arizona law.
12Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Insurely and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, and it does not apply to our professional services as your insurance agent, which are governed by Arizona law and any separate agreement with you.
13Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless Insurely and its owners, employees, and agents from claims and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
14Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and by applicable federal law. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it informally within 30 days. If we can’t, any lawsuit must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pima County, Arizona, and you and Insurely consent to their jurisdiction. Either party may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court. You may also file a complaint with the Arizona Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions at difi.az.gov.
15Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post the new version here and change the “Last updated” date. Changes apply from that date forward. If we make a material change to the SMS Terms, we will tell you by text or another reasonable method before it applies to you.
16General terms
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Insurely about the Site. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours to a successor.
